Orla is Head of the People & Culture team at Spence and is responsible for driving the people strategy across our businesses partnering with the Board and Senior Managers to create a culture and environment where talented people thrive and enjoy worthwhile and challenging careers.
Before joining us in 2017, Orla built up over 10 years experience in HR, with deep experience in total reward management, performance & talent management, recruiting the best, and restructuring exercises largely within FTSE 100 financial services organisations.
